I know what it feels like to be BURNED out. I was burned out in residency, critical care and academia as a pharmacist. And what did I do? I SHOPPED to cope with my burnout. Scattered life…goals…mentally overloaded with to-do lists & completely unhappy after 9 years training to become a board-certified critical care pharmacist. Life happened with an unexpected family death & I saw how short life can be if we aren’t present & intentional.
What saved me?
Decluttering & simplifying my life, getting clear on my core values & purpose and creating work-life alignment & harmony by aligning WORK into my life & not the other way around!
Now I help my fellow pharmacists & healthcare professionals transform their lives too so we can all CULTIVATE JOY in HEALTHCARE together!
The result? We simplify to achieve career success, financial freedom (yep, my own partner and I paid off $385K+ of student loans) without the stress of society’s definition of success.
